As a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen (Membership No. 2086992) and in line with our customer service pledge, we want you to be 100% delighted with the service you receive from SDF Computer Support.

We operate an hourly fee system of £45.00 per hour for home customers and £50.00 per hour for business customers where we will carry out work on your computer system in your home, business or our workshop. Our workshop rate is £40.00 per hour. 

Certain types of work are suited to a workshop environment where for example virus/spyware removal would be too expensive to fix on site or where specialised equipment is required to fix a fault.  All rates include VAT @17.5%.

If you are within a 5 Mile radius of Aylesbury, we do not charge a call out fee.  If you are further than 5 miles, we will make a small adjustment to the first hour's rate to offset travelling expenses.

The first hour covers our travel time to you and includes the first hours labour.  After one hour we charge in 15 minute increments.  When on site we will notify you when the first hour has elapsed.  If, in the unlikely event, we are unable to correct your problem, no fee will be charged. 

If we cannot fix your problem or you are not satisfied with our service, our charge will be refunded to you.

For Businesses who wish to employ our services for longer periods of time, we can negotiate hourly rates for half and full day work.
