Our remote support service allows us, under your permision to remotely control your computer securely across the Internet.

The service has been designed to be straightforward for the customer to use. Under instruction from us, you download a small program from our website.  This program makes no changes to your computer and does not install itself on permanent basis.

You initiate the connection by clicking on an icon on your desktop.  Your computer will then communicate across the Internet to our machine.  We can then take control of your computer and correct your fault.

At anytime, you can cancel the connection with us.  Once we have corrected the fault, the program is removed from your computer.  The icon can be left on your computer for future remote support work.

The service costs £12.50 per 15 minutes for home customers and £15.00 per 15 minutes for Business customers. 
Rates include VAT @17.5%.
