An example of the level of service we can provide can be demonstrated by work we completed for Tramps Hair Salon in Aylesbury.  The owner contacted us as the main server running their appointments booking system had failed with a serious Windows error.  The shop was running blind without access to their appointment system.

The fault was traced to a faulty hard disk and due to the nature of the fault, the data was unrecoverable.  The owner had taken a backup the night before and within two hours, the system was back up and running on a second workstation.  The impact to the business was minimal. 

After the initial support work required to recover the shop to a working system,  we worked with the customer to provide a system based on three Dell computers, next business day on site support warranty, a documented backup routine and UPS guarding the main server.
